Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with every ShapeTea piece you purchase! If you aren't happy with your order, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of order.

General Return Guidelines

Returns and exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, have intact tags, and be in its original packaging.
  • The item must have been purchased within the 60-day return window.
  • All refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn or washed.
  • Items with missing or incomplete tags/labels.
  • Items returned without the original packaging.
  • Items that are more than 60 days old.
  • Items marked as final sale (e.g., free gifts, bras, underwear, and certain discounted items).

How to Request an Exchange or Return

If you need to return or exchange an item:

  1. Please contact us at our support email: Shapeteasupport@gmail.com.
  2. Inform us of your order number and clearly state whether you need a return or an exchange.
  3. For exchanges, please let us know what the problem is so we can work to improve our products and service.

How to Get Your Refund

  1. When you ship your return package, please fill in the tracking number in our return system. We need this tracking number to process your refund.
  2. Once your return is accepted, we will process your refund and apply it to the original payment method. We will notify you via email.
  3. Processing Time: Please note that processing times for banks or payment platforms may vary. It may take 5-10 days for your refund to appear in your account.

Who Pays the Shipping Costs?

  • Standard Returns/Exchanges: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer (the buyer). We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will usually waive the return shipping fee and replace the item for you. Replacement items will be shipped free of charge.

What if I Received a Faulty Item?

We sincerely apologize if you received a faulty item!

  1. Please send a photo of the damaged product to our support email (Shapeteasupport@gmail.com) along with your order number.
  2. We will happily help you find a quick resolution.
  3. Note: Any item reported damaged outside of the 30-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

What if I Closed My Bank Account or Lost My Card?

We can only issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • If you have a new credit or debit card, but the original account is still active, the refund will typically process back to your account.
  • If the account has been completely closed, please contact your bank first for guidance. You can also reach out to us at Shapeteaofficial@gmail.com if you need further assistance.
